Experience

Web / ux Designer. (2015-2018)

As a Web / UX Designer I collaborated with copywriters, designers, the dev team, product team and outside agencies on a variety of projects. Some notable projects I was a part of are; the app redesign, the launch of their new website and platform, a complete rebrand, email campaigns and remarketing ads to new verticals. My responsibilities included usertesting, wireframing, design, and coding emails.

Graphic Designer. (2013-2015)

As part of the Creative team I worked with Art Directors, Copywriters and Prepress in order to produce the catalog and meet print deadlines. My work included page layout design, formatting with a high level of detail to adhere to brand standards for copy and design as well as finalizing files for print. 

Web / ux Designer. (2010-2013)
NetCrafters Interactive, Cincinnati, OH

My role at NetCrafters touched on each step of the customer journey from collecting requirements to wireframing, design and training customers on our content management system. I worked very closely with our product engineer and the customer to develop each website. Some of our clients included P&G Connect + Develop, P&G Global Recruiting and Hyundai WIA.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR.(2007-current)
CORV LOCAL FOOD GUIDE, Cincinnati, OH

As the Creative Director I am responsible for the visual identity of the organization from the publication to the website to the blog and social media. I work very closely with the producer and collaborate with writers, photographers, advertisers and developers to create the publication each year and to curate the website. 30,000 issues are distributed annually in the Earth Day issue of City Beat.

At imago I refreshed and maintained many of their printed materials such as brochures, newsletters, and annual reports. When I wasn’t designing I was outside teaching environmental education programs to school aged kiddos.

Art Director. ASL Media, Northeast
and South Beach Journals(2004-2006)
St. Petersburg, FL

For each Journal I was responsible for the design, coordinating with writers, advertisers, and photographers for all of the assets. I managed the brand standards and worked with the printer to do press checks and to meet deadlines. We sent a publication each month. The monthly circulation for the Northeast Journal is 13,000 and the South Beach Journal was 8,000.
